Unigestion Holding One SA is an independent business with a Board comprising highly regarded, experienced professionals. The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall direction and supervision of management and holds the ultimate decision-making authority for Unigestion Holding One SA

Bernard Sabrier

Group Chairman

Bernard Sabrier

Bernard Sabrier is Chairman of Unigestion Holding One SA and U Wealth SA. He is also Vice Chairman of Sagard Group, Chairman of Sagard Private Equity Solutions and Chairman of Sagard MENA.

He is President of the Swiss charitable foundation, the Famsa Foundation, which he established in 2011. The Foundation supports many significant projects across the charitable, educational, cultural and medical fields. He is also President of Children Action, a charitable foundation he established in 1994. It focuses on supporting disadvantaged children throughout the world.

Mr Sabrier, who started his career in finance in 1972, is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Marshall Institute for Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics and is also involved with the Global Commission on Science Missions for Sustainability. He is the Co-founder of MAMCO — the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Geneva — the largest contemporary art museum in Switzerland.

Alain Robert

Alain Robert, Board Member of Unigestion Holding One SA, is the President of the Helmut Horten Foundation, member of the Board of Lombard Odier & Cie SA, President of the Foundation for the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland and member of the board of the Vareille Fondation based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Mr Robert was a former Executive Vice Chairman for UBS Global Wealth Management. He worked for the bank for over 40 years in various functions and business divisions, including a seven-year assignment in Canada. In 2001, he joined the UBS Group Managing Board as Head of Retail Banking. In 2003, he became Head of UBS Wealth Management Switzerland, a responsibility which was expanded in 2004 with the leadership of the global Key Client Initiative. In 2007, Mr Robert became Head of UBS Wealth Management and Business Banking.

Among his professional activities, Alain Robert was President and a member of the Foundation Board of the UBS Pension Fund in Switzerland, President of the UBS Cultural Foundation, President of the UBS Social and Education Foundation, Chairman of UBS Italy Spa, UBS Monaco SA and UBS France SA. He served as a board member of the ICMB in Geneva, Switzerland for 18 years.

Régis Martin

Régis Martin is Managing Director and CEO of Unigestion Holding One SA. He joined Unigestion in 1994 and has held multiple senior roles such as Deputy CEO from 2011 to 2023 and Head of Corporate Development from 2023 to 2026.

He is a member of the Boards of Directors of U Wealth SA, Unigestion (UK) Ltd and Unigestion Asset Management (Canada) Inc.

Mr. Martin holds a Master in Science from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland and has also completed a number of executive education programs at the London Business School and in leadership (High Performance Leadership) at the IMD Business School in Lausanne. He also holds a certificate from the Swiss Board School (Swiss Board Institute). He also served as chairman of the Alternative Investment Council (AIC), an Expert Committee of the Asset Management Association Switzerland, from 2018 to 2025.

The Famsa Foundation

Our largest shareholder is the Famsa Foundation, a Swiss public-interest foundation supervised by our Chairman, Bernard Sabrier. Famsa acts as a strategic, long-term shareholder for the benefit of all stakeholders, anchoring the holding company's independence across generations. It also supports a wide range of charitable, educational, cultural and medical projects — extending the holding company's responsibility beyond finance, into society.
