Jean-Pierre Mustier, Board Member of Unigestion Holding SA, is a seasoned banking and asset management senior executive currently also on the board of Aareal Bank, a German commercial real estate focused bank where he serves as Chairman, and at Atos, a French technology company, also serving as Chair.

Mr. Mustier began his career in 1987 at Société Générale, where he remained until 2009. There, he became head of Corporate & Investment Banking, and then Asset Management, Private Banking and Securities Services. In early 2011, he joined UniCredit as Deputy General Manager in charge of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Division. In early 2015, he became a London based partner of Tikehau Capital, an alternative investment management group. Mr. Mustier re-joined UniCredit in 2016 as CEO. He was subsequently chairman of the European Banking Federation between 2019 and 2021. From 2021 to 2023, he was a sponsor of three special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs « Pegasus »).

Mr. Mustier was elected to the Board of Unigestion Holding SA in May 2024.
