Bernard Gault, Board Member of Unigestion Holding SA, is an investment banker, a private equity investor and the founding partner of the investment firm Barville & Co. Mr. Gault is also the lead independent Director of OVH Cloud and Chairman of the CentraleSupélec Foundation.

Mr. Gault began his career in 1982 at Compagnie Financière de Suez before joining Morgan Stanley in 1988, where he went on to serve as Directeur Général of the bank’s Paris office and European head of its private equity fund, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. In 2006, he co-founded Perella Weinberg Partners, a global financial services firm, which he left in 2020. From 2022 to 2023, he was Chairman and CEO of Elior Group, one of the world’s leaders in catering.

Mr. Gault holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and a Politics degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, France.
